If you’ve been patiently awaiting your next opportunity to slay yourself some zombies in Dead Island then you’ll be happy to know that your wait is almost over as it has been announced that the Bloodbath Arena DLC will be getting released on November 22nd.
The pack will contain four lovely arenas for either you or you and a friend in which to do battle with waves of horrifying zombie enemies. Any experience or items that you gain in your frenzied killing spree will carry over to the singleplayer as well, so it’s the perfect place to level yourself up. There’s also a new weapon titled the Brain Wave Bomb for you to play around with, and your zombie slaying skills will be recorded on some shiny leaderboards so you can finally settle the argument on who the best zombie bashing player is.
Finally, the pack will be free to anyone who got the Pre-Order Edition of the game. For everyone else you can expect to pay 800 Microsoft Points to get your blood-covered mitts on it.
