It has been announced that Reliance Big Entertainment Ltd,(RBEL), is to acquire a massive 50 percent shareholding in Codemasters, the famous brand behind such games as DiRT, GRID, Operation Flashpoint 2: Dragon Rising and the upcoming Forumula One 2010.
RBEL’s gaming division, Zapak Digital Entertainment Ltd. will oversee the Codemasters investment.
Zapak is India’s largest gaming company with interests on casual online gaming, Zapak also control Jump Games, an award winning and international developer and publishder who deal in mobile gaming.
