Ubisoft have announced that the first piece of DLC for Brotherhood is going to be cimpletely free!

The DLC will be hitting “in the near future” and is titled the “Animus Project Update 1.0” and will come with one new multiplayer map and game mode.

The game mode will be Advanced Alliance which is the same as the current mode, but target identification and engagement will be more difficult. If it’s the same as Advanced Wanted then that will simply mean the compass no longer shows the height your target is at.
 The new map is Mont Saint-Michel which has tight alleys and muti-level buildings making it a great playground for those that like to use the rooftops.

Ok, so you don’t get much, but it’s free so don’t complain.
