If you’re wondering when codes for the upcoming Titanfall might be getting sent out then Vince Zampella of Respawn Entertainment has the answer for you, taking to Twitter to announce that:

Codes should be sent out later tonight, I’m not saying times because they always seem to hit the button early!

However it appears that well-known Youtube gamers have already gotten their beta codes, allowing them to stream gameplay footage. Obviously this is Respawn gunning for some extra PR, increasing excitement through videos until the public at large can get their hands on the game.

And you know what? It’s working on me. Usually I find the hype machine which powers modern games leaves me feeling drained and uninterested, but I’m genuinely excited about Titanfall.

Fingers crossed I’m in the beta.
