  • Fans aren’t happy about the new Red Dead Redemption port, and Take-Two just made it worse

    On Monday, Take-Two announced a new version of Red Dead Redemption for PlayStation 4 and Switch will be launching on August 17th, marking the first time the classic western will be available on either platform. But people aren’t happy.

  • Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom has sold over 18 million copies

    The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom continues to sell like cocaine-laced cupcakes with Nintendo confirming that the latest entry in the franchise has racked up 18.51 million copies sold. This makes it the ninth best-selling Nintendo Switch game, around 12 million copies behind Breath of the Wild.

  • You can now buy replacement controller parts from Microsoft, and watch official tutorials on how to install them

    The Right to Repair movement has slowly but surely been gaining traction, advocating that consumers should have the right to repair their devices where possible, especially once the warranty has expired. Considering things like phones frequently come with non-removable batteries, it’s something I wholeheartedly support.

    The other day, I posted a story about a Hasbro representative saying that Activision had misplaced the old Transformers games’ hard drives. However, it seems like that isn’t the case.

  • PS5 sales skyrocket follow temporary price drop

    The bigwigs over at Sony will be doing a little happy dance this week as sales of the PlayStation 5 jumped up an impressive 75% following a temporary price drop, with revenue going up 63%.

  • Hasbro wants the Transformers games on Game Pass but Activision has lost them

    Here’s a fun piece of news: toy giant Hasbro want to see the various Transformers games get put onto Game Pass, but Activision has lost them all. Doh.

  • Nintendo Switch successor reported to launch in late 2024

    Nintendo’s follow-up to the incredibly successful Switch is going to release during the second half of 2024.

  • New Mortal Kombat 1 trailer brings back a divisive Mortal Kombat 11 character

    Another trailer for Mortal Kombat 1 has dropped. Titled the Keepers of Time, this trailer focus heavily on Liu Kang and a returning character from Mortal Kombat 11
