Cue the blood and guts as Mortal Kombat gets a confirmed demo. The bad news is PS3 users will be getting it first. If you’re a PSN Plus user you can get the demo on March 8th, while the rest of the PS3 players can get access to it on March 15th.
A demo on Xbox 360 has been confirmed, but no exact date was given, instead “The demo will later be available for download on Xbox Live for the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft.”
The demo will allow players access to two arenas – the Living Forsest and The Pit – as well as the Arcade ladder for one or two players. To duke it out you’ll be able to select from Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Mileena and Johnny Cage.
Also confirmed was the existance of the popular Tower Challenge mode which will be returning in all of its glory with a massive 300 levels. Check out this video for the details:
Mortal Kombat is due to be released on April 19th in the States and Canada, and April 21st in Europe. You can read the preview HERE.
