Hey guys and girls,

As you probably know over the weekend I published a quick update that apologised for the lack of reviews on grounds of health issues. Well, here I am again to extend that apology once more as only the Lucha Fury review has made it up thus far! I had hoped to get working on the reviews for Air Conflicts: Secret Wars and Half Minute Hero over the weekend, but sadly those pesky health issues have proved to be more of a problem than suspected.

To explain; I have Cystic Fibrosis. Now, this isn’t normally a problem and wouldn’t have any impact on getting reviews up etc., but over the past month I’ve been having a bit of trouble breathing and during the past week and a half it got worse. By the Friday I was having trouble getting up the damn stairs without having a coughing fit and needing twenty minutes to catch my breath. Anyway, I’m a bit of an idiot when it comes to avoiding the Hospital as I have to go to the bloody place every three months already for check-ups, so I tend to avoid it whenever possible. But, on Friday, I gave into the urges of friends and family and went in to get myself checked out. Turns out I had an infection and the result was that no air was getting to the bottom of my lungs, hence the breathing problems. They’ve put me on some meds and that’s definately helping! I’m feeling better and I can actually breath. Hurrah! The downside is the meds are making me a little fuzzy and I’m finding it a bit hard to concentrate at the moment, which is making it tough to get anything written. At the moment I’ll write a couple of words, read it and realise it sucks. Well, sucks worse than usual. Hopefully my body will adjust to them over the next few days and I’ll be able to get writing again, but if that’s not the case then I’m on them for two weeks so it isn’t too long.

Again, I would like to apologise for not having the reviews done. Yes, it is my site and as such I don’t have to publish something every day, and every publisher gets told that their game will be reviewed on my time. But, I still don’t like to keep you all waiting. primarily because I never cease to be amazed that people actually read the reviews I put up.

On a slightly better note, Turtle Beach just sent me a pair of their Earforce PX5’s to review. These babies are worth £200. The bad news is I have to give them up in a few weeks.

Anyway, hopefully you all now understand the delay.

And most of all, thank you to the people who sent me an Email wishing me well. You’re all just awesome-sauce.
