A little while ago those kind people over at Rockstar games announced that they’d be showing their appreciation of the countless fans who still play Red Dead Redemtpions multiplayer by releasing some DLC for the princely sum of diddly squat. That’s right; free DLC!

Rockstar have now announced that the pack will be titled “Myths & Mavericks” and will be available for your gaming pleasure sometime in September of this year.

The new pack will come with some “fan favorite” character skins for you to run around in, as well as new maps for Deathmatch, Grab the Bag, Gang and other modes.

If you hadn’t already figured it from the packs picture, one of the characters will be the grizzled Landon Ricketts, friend and mentor of John Marston.

No singleplayer content once announced. Damn.
