If your still looking for something to bring a bit of festive cheer to your Christmas, you complete grinch, then Capcoms announcement of an official release date for the Devil May Cry HD Collection might just be what you’re looking for.
The rumour mill had been suggesting such a package for quite some time before a Spanish retailer accidentally put up a packshot for Capcom’s HD remake of their famous series. The HD Collection was then officially announced back in October, and now they’ve finally gotten around to revealing the release date for the collection which will feature Devil May Cry 1, 2 and 3. It’ll be releasing in both Europe and North America on April 3rd for Xbox 360 and PS3.
Regardless of whether you’ve already played each game in the series this HD package should still be well worth your hard-earned cash, especially as it will be introducing Achievements and Trophies for you to sink your teeth in to. Exclusive bonus content is also promised. After that, we’ll just have to wait and see whether Ninja Theory’s attempt at the Devil May Cry franchise lives up to expectations.
