It’s the time to be festive, cheerful and generally a happy person, and to celebrate the holidays, Ubisoft have decided to unlock four map variants for players of Assassin’s Creed: Revelations multiplayer. They announced it via their Facebook page, having this to say:

“Hey Assassins. Have you checked your ACR Multiplayer Map list today?

Well as a special gift, we have unlocked 4 new maps for you to enjoy over the Holidays. Sneak and stab your way through alternate versions of the Venice, Rome, Mont St-Michel and Antioche maps.

Enjoy!”

Okay, so they’re not exactly shiny new maps, but free is free, right? Sadly Ubisoft did not choose to announce when these maps will actually be up until, or if we will ever be seeing them again. perhaps they’ll simply keep them unlocked after the festivities are over and everyone has gotten rid of their hangovers. Regardless, it’s time to go stab some noobs.
