Xbox One Release Date Announced And Gets A CPU Increase

Microsoft have finally gotten around to announcing the release date for their upcoming console, revealing that it will be hitting store shelves on November, 22nd of 2013 in Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, New Zealand, Spain, UK, and the USA.

Microsoft’s marketing director also confirmed that there is now an additional number of Xbox One units available to pre-order, though exactly how many is unknown.

Finally Microsoft have confirmed that the Xbox One is now in full production, and has also gotten a small boost in performance via the CPU which has gone up from 1.6Ghz to 1.75Ghz.
