Lionhead have announced that Fable Anniversary, the remake of the original and brilliant Fable from the first Xbox,  on Xbox 360 on February 4, 2014 in North America, February 6 in Asia, and February 7 in Europe.

This remake features complete redone graphics running in 1080p, remastered audio, a new interface, Achievements and Smartglass integration. The Lost Chapters content will also be included.

There will also be a limited run of embossed slip-case editions that come with a Weapons and Outfit pack, as well a 10th anniversary Lionhead avatar helmet.

I have to say that I’m really looking forward to this. The original Fable has a lot of great memories for me. In fact, I played through it in its entirety not that long ago and it has aged surprisingly well.
