Fellow point and click fantatics rejoice because Tim Schafer of Double Fine today announced that the classic Day of the Tentacle is getting a special edition!

If it’s anything like the awesome Monkey Island special editions then expect beautiful new graphics along with the ability to change back to the original look at the touch of a button.

No release date was announced, but it will be coming to PC and PS4. The lack of an Xbox edition is a bit of a stinker, though, as everyone should get to enjoy such a brilliant game brought back to life.

Schafer also announced that the Grim Fandango remaster will arrive on PS4, Vita, PC, Mac and Linux on 27th January.
