Microsoft and Turn 10 Studios have just announced the existence of Forza 6 following the North American International Auto Show in Detroit yesterday where several of the cars being included in the game were shown off.

Specifically those new cars are the Ford GT, which will be on the cover of the box, along with the Shelby GT350 Mustang and the F-150 Raptor.

An announcement trailer was also released, which is actually less of a trailer for the game itself and more of an advertisement for the new Ford GT. No, seriously, most of the so-called trailer is footage from the car show in Detroit.

Turn 10 Studios creative director said Forza 6 is “our most technically advanced racing simulation to date, offering a fun and realistic automotive experience for both car lovers and gamers”.

The game will be shown in more detail at this years E3 in June. Unsurprisingly Forza 6 is exclusive to Xbox One.
