Ahead of the game’s beta this week the system requirements for Battlefield Hardline have been announced via Origin. Unlike Battlefield 4 you won’t be able to run Hardline on 32-bit systems, yet another not-so-subtle hint that anybody still running on a 32-bit computer needs to seriously consider taking the leap in order to play games.

EA also announced that while 4gb of ram will be fine for the final version of the game, people running 4gb of ram or less during the beta may encounter some issues as optimisation is a little rough. They advise making sure every other application on your PC is closed when playing to help.

As for the system requirements themselves they look like they offer a decent amount of space between the minimum and recommended specs, so hopefully a wide array of people will be able to enjoy the game.
