Unravel is made a by a small team that genuinely care about videogames, proving that not all games are made by faceless groups of money-grabbing robots sitting atop massive corporations that churn out generic triple A titles. Standing on stage the game’s designer made for a small figure who was enthusiastic, a little nervous, absolutely sincere and a breath of fresh air.
As for the game, it looks wonderful, and I can’t wait to play it. It follows a small character made of yarn who is quite literally unraveling as he moves across the landscape, creating a puzzle-platformer. Take a few minutes to check it out.
