Hey folks,

I wanted to update you on the lack of content and what’s going on. Basically, I’m taking a short break, just until this weekend (hopefully.)

I mentioned a few weeks back that we had a few family friends die, but life is never content to leave things alone and decided to deliver a few swift kicks to the ribs for good measure. In short, a sibling of mine is going through a very bad time right now, so there’s been a lot to do. I’ve had my nieces here for about a week solid and my sibling for a few days. I won’t go into details surrounding what’s happening, but it’s chaotic and stressful. Obviously things are worse on my siblings end, but I also haven’t been sleeping and I haven’t found the time to play much of anything. I’ve only got about 16-hours in Evil Genius 2, for example.

So yea, I’ll be taking this week try to get my head back on right and decompress a bit and then I’ll be back to it properly. Hopefully by the weekend I’ll have the Evil Genius 2 review ready to go and have started on Oddworld: Soulstorm and Outriders. Plus, I have a preview of the upcoming turn-based Warhammer 40k: Battlesector to write and narrate as well, so I’m excited about that.

And I should have the new podcast episode ready to go too, assuming my voice stops sounding like I’ve been smoking 50 a day since I was 3.
