Sony has dropped a new trailer for Insomniac’s latest Marvel adventure, The Wolverine.
The trailer is titled “Ain’t no hero” and focuses on exactly that: Wolverine isn’t exactly a clean-cut superhero in the traditional sense. He’s the best at what he does, and what he does ain’t pretty.
The real news here is that it features another glimpse at Wolverine’s nemesis Sabertooth, as well as the debut of Lady Deathstrike, another long-running character in Wolverine’s world. Personally, the art-style isn’t doing it for me, but I’m still excited to see what Insomniac do with Wolverine.
Meanwhile, people are still pissed off at PlayStation and Sony for killing physical game production, which will come into effect in 2028. Using a browser extension, the “likes’ are sitting at around 15k, while the “dislikes” are at 4.9k. The comments tell are vastly in favour of making jokes at Sony’s expense for killing discs, or just insulting them.
I’m actually impressed. Usually the Internet moves on from a controversey as soon as the next one arrives, but people are not letting this one go. Good job, folks.
