“I’ve received confirmation from two more sources that Halo Studios is developing remakes of Halo 2 and Halo 3” said Reb in his latest video.

According to Reb, the remakes are going ahead regardless of what happens with Halo: Campign Evolved: “Active development is underway on all three remakes and the Halo 2 and 3 remakes are in early development”

“One of my new sources sent me proof to verify themself and that the trilogy remakes are definitely happening,” said Reb, also adding that the other source is the very same one that told him about Campaign Evolved.

Reb goes on to say “We will notice things from Halo 2 and 3 in the prequel missions”. that will featured as new content in Halo: Campaign Evolved when it comes out this year.

More specifically, he mentions that Brutes will make an appearance, and yhat some of the design choices are being shaped by ideas that will carry into the Halo 2 and Halo 3 remakes. Separately, he notes that another source mentioned Brute details, but that information was not verified and should be treated as rumor.

If you want to know said details, the source claims that the Brutes are based on the Halo: Reach designs, and will wield plasma rifles and spikers. Furthermore, it was claimed they can appear throughout the rest of the campaign by activating a specific skull.
